Jared was born and raised in Middle Georgia. He graduated from the
University of Georgia, and has been on staff with The Navigators since
2015. Tiana hails from just outside Nashville, Tennessee and went to the University of Tennessee, and has been on staff since 2019. Tiana has a focus on international student ministry and loves getting to meet, mentor, and disciple students from all over the world. They are super passionate about prayer, authentic friendships, FOOD, and training students to be with Jesus, to become like Him, to then do everything He invites us into. 

Shawn and Karly recently relocated from Northwest lowa to Atlanta.
Shawn serves as a Certified Ramsey Financial Coach and also officiates women's college basketball. He enjoys spending time with Karly, sampling her baking products, traveling to see friends and family, and an occasional round of golf. He is passionate about joining the Navigators team and investing in the lives of other men. Karly spent 3 years on Navigators staff after college under the leadership of Dave and Cathy Bowman at Penn State. She then earned her M.A. in counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary. Karly enjoys administrative work, baking, writing letters, pestering Shawn, a good nap and visiting family and friends. Karly is passionate about investing in the lives of women.

Dave serves as The Navigators Collegiate Mission Director in Atlanta,
Georgia. We are currently ministering on the campuses of Georgia Tech, Kennesaw State, and Morehouse, Spellman and Clark. We also serve as trainer coaches in the Blue Ridge region of Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina. Our goal is to help younger staff be successful in ministry. Our passion is to help others "to know Christ, make Him known, and help others do the same."

Tricia is beginning her journey as a Navigators Staff in Training at Georgia Tech! She moved to Atlanta in 2007 and has spent her years investing in young women through developing college-aged staff at WinShape Camps, leading small groups of recently graduated women, and discipling female students at Georgia Tech. It has been both her calling and a dream of hers to get to do this full time!
